You Deserve a Specialist
Your legal matter is not ordinary. Size can be an asset for some businesses, but it is overrated for purposes of choosing a personal injury law firm. And just as you wouldn't go to your family doctor for cancer treatment, you need a personal injury lawyer with personal injury trial experience. How many times have injured people like you gone to a large law firm and been overcharged and under-served by someone who does not know you, or care about you and your problems?
We Have The Experience You Need
Briggs & Counsel specializes in helping people who are injured. Our attorneys get to know you, work hard at understanding your particular injury, your legal needs and earning your trust. We have been doing this for twenty years and more. Like you, our clients are severely injured people whose lives has been disrupted through no fault of their own. Our clients look to us to solve problems beyond their resources or expertise. We understand the financial hardship and the emotions involved when facing threatening health issues and attack them with logic and confidence that only years and variety of experience can provide.
We Handle Cases In Your Area
Briggs & Counsel is centrally based in the Midcoast, which allows us to handle cases throughout the entire State of Maine. We take advantage of our location to do just that. We meet clients in designated offices everywhere from Portland to Presque Isle, Bath to Bangor, Ellsworth to Augusta, and everywhere in-between. We practice in every courthouse and see clients in every area of the state, including Houlton, Lewiston, Augusta, Belfast, Ellsworth, Topsham, Rockland, Rumford, Bethel, Bridgeton, Wiscassett, Alfred, Brunswick, Machias, York and Freeport. Some of our clients are so badly hurt that they cannot travel. When that happens, we meet severely injured clients in their homes.
