FEES
There is no charge for an initial consultation.
Most tort (accident) cases, I do not receive a fee unless we recover money from the other side.
Domestic cases are on an hourly rate of $200.00 per hour. A retainer is required.
Simple Will - $150.00
Husband and Wife simple wills are $200.00 for both
Husband and Wife simple wills with Trust for Children $285.00
Power of Attorney - $125.00
Living Will - $75.00
Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care $125.00
Criminal Cases - Fee is based on complexity of case.
Drunk Driving - Fee is based on prior MVA record and complexity of case
Traffic Citations - no jail exposure - $600.00
Traffic Citations - jail exposure - $1500.00
Fees are for comparison purposes and are averages. I will give you a free initial consultation at which time we will discuss your case and discuss fees. You are under no obligation.
