Malott-Rios Law Firm

We are Civil Trial Lawyers dedicated to effectively helping victims of personal injury, HMO, and insurance company abuses and improper actions of brokers and bankers, get rightful compensation for the wrongs done to them. We practice in all courts and before all agencies in New Mexico.

Even the best lawyer cannot hope to be effective without strong staff support. At Malott-Rios, our staff is small, but brings more than 50 years’ combined experience to the job.

HOW WE WORK
Every case is different because every client is an individual. We make it a point to focus our representation efforts on what will best meet each client’s needs; legal solutions are not “one size fits all.”

Therefore, we always meet personally with prospective clients. We do not “pass you off” even to our experienced assistants. Once we have thoroughly discussed your case and answered your questions, we can all decide how to proceed.

Our fees are usually based upon a percentage of your recovery. There is never a charge for the first consultation. Fee Agreements are always in writing.
