Hardison’s prior work experiences help set him apart from most trial lawyers. Previously with a global hedge fund in New York, NY, Hardison is comfortable with complex financial transactions and settlement negotiations. He is familiar with valuing a clients damage quickly and completely, and is no stranger to getting results at the negotiating table. Hardison also has worked at major research and high-tech companies and is at home dealing with management at major Fortune 500 companies.
Hardison received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, NY (‘05) and a B.A. from St. John’s College in Annapolis, MD (‘98). He also is a graduate of Randolph Macon Academy in Front Royal, VA ('93).
Hardison is the co-author of: Measuring Value in Mediation, 21 Ohio St. J. on Disp. Resol. 383 (2006). A work that was cited at the Annual Dispute Resolution Section meeting of the American Bar Association (ABA) in 2005. Hardison lives in Wake County with his wife and children.
