I am Board Certified in two areas of trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  

In my 29 years of practice, I have handled lawsuits that have involved numerous factual scenarios, such as injuries and/or deaths caused by:

(a) 18-wheelers and other commercial vehicles,

(b) negligence in chemical plants, 

(c) exposure to benzene and other toxic chemicals,

(d) firearm litigation and other product liability litigation,

(e) premises liability dfects.

I co-authored a nationally distributed legal resource book, Civil Trial Practice: Winning Techniques of Successful Trial Lawyers, in his authoritative Chapter on OSHA and Hazardous Chemicals.

I recorded a jury argument for "Million Dollar Arguments" (a nationally distributed audio tape series of real jury arguments) after a jury awarded my client nearly $2.5 million for a broken ankle she suffered when she slipped and fell at an office building.
