The Firm with a History of Helping People
At Anderson, Burns & Hostnik we believe in providing quality legal representation. We attempt to resolve claims in the best manner possible for each of our clients, including exploring alternatives to litigation when appropriate.
Anderson, Burns and Hostnik was formed to focus on the representation of individuals and smaller businesses. Our attorneys are admitted to practice law in the states of Washington and California, various Federal Courts, and a number of tribal courts throughout the northwestern United States. We concentrate our practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Business, Divorce, Employment, Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate, and Indian Law.
Arvid Anderson, Charles Hostnik and Eric Berg have each received an AV peer review rating from our colleagues, which is the highest rating available. This rating is based both upon legal ability and upon ethical standards.
In addition, our law firm has been rated as one of the top 240 law firms in the United States that Fortune 1000 companies view as providing superior client service. An independent survey of corporate counsel for Fortune 1000 firms, resulted in "The Survey of Client Service Performance for Law Firms: The BTI Client Service A-Team" prepared by The BTI Consulting Group, Inc., a Boston-based market research and management consulting firm. The survey rates Anderson, Burns & Hostnik in the category of "Best in Providing Value for the Dollar." We are committed to this principle, and are flattered that our efforts have been nationally recognized.
