He graduated with high honors from the University of Florida earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in finance. Mr. Mitchell then earned a two-year academic scholarship to California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. By placing as a finalist in trial competitions, he earned a place on the trial team.

Mr. Mitchell finished law school in two and a half years. Mr. Mitchell has represented businesses, consumers, and individuals in business transactions, litigation, estate planning, and personal injury. Donald G. Yearin is an Arizona native and graduated from the Arizona State University Business School in 1986 and the University of Arizona College of Law in 1990. He has actively practiced in Arizona during the past 19 years.
