I had a Hernia Operation in 2004. 13 months later I had a Bowel Obstruction Operation! I have had 3 more Obstructions since. 2 weeks ago was the last! I asked the doctor if the mesh they put in me in 04 was causing this re-accruing problem. He said " More than Likely". I have an Appointment the 16th to see a Surgeon! I gae a radio interview after a book launch. My book was viciously attacked by experts and now public, but the basis was fictional. They said my orthography (spelling system) was unorthodox and different. It wasn't. It was almost exactly the same as the respected linguist whose text I used, and as the standard modern spelling. I think these jealous people shouldn't be allowed to abuse the hell out of me just because I'm an outsider. My book has the grammar they need, and they don't have anything near as good, they have no grammar to speak of that can save their language. They have whipped up a storm of public hatred. This also is bad for my sales also, unless all publicity is good publicity. In the case of a dictionary / grammar, maybe this principle of publicity doesn't apply. They lied outright, many of them. The evidence is right in the book. Like another massacre of the Russians, but in this case undeserved. An absolute pack of werewolves, whipped into a frenzy by a bigoted reporter.

my wife and i were at jc penneys shopping for luggage.i brought a large piece of luggage down from a shelve to look at it. As we were looking at it another piece of luggage came down and stroke us both in the head. we are both experiecing neck and shoulder pain. the piece of luggage weights 30 to 40 lbs and it fell from approx 3 to 4 feet above. We are planning on going to hosp. for x rays. Is JC penneys liable for medical payments and compesation to us?

Driver who struck us was cited on scene for unsafe speed. He was driving a custom Toyota Tundra. Both parties insured. Still have not resolved case. Please advise.

While I was married to my second husband, he was killed in an airplane crash beyound the runway. His name was Kelly Klancke and he and Bud gettle were preparing to take over the ski area. On an approach which was dangerous she flew the plane into the ground, killing all aboard except one lady. At the time of the deaths my husbands children, all adults. suggested I work with a friend of theirs who sared the same office. a case was filed against me for some of the proceeds. My same attorney said I had nothing to worry about and the really had to come after me to hurt me. But the kids did get a judgemnt in the amount of about $ 350. Concsequently, all or our personal propertires are in ny husband's name. My mother died a few days ago leaving us a fair abount of money. Since it deosn't seem like there are any refillings, etc. I am guessing my judgement has gone by the way side. How can I be sure that the children won't see a red flag and come after me.l ?

I have a question because this happened to me in 4 months. I kept wondering what was cause my face changing I had a sinus infection that started in Oct I went through the emergency room. The doctor prescribed me bactrim in which it turn out that I had a bad reaction I had a sinus infection for four months. I was prescribed Prednisone, Azithromicine, hydrocodone. cephalexine. ciprofalexine and Amoxcillin My sinus infection didn't go away. I notice my elasticty changed in my face I started to look older. I went back to the doctor He said I could have bel palsy. I feel as though it was the medicine. When I took the amoxicillin this happened . I taken amoxicillin before but this never caused this to happened my heart started to ache my pills didn't look the same as the other pills I have taken. Because I never had a reaction from the old pills I still have pills left over . The doctor wanted me to take amoxicillin for 3 times a day for 20 days. I started to take it. On that second week my skin felt Like housing fiber glass I had a rash and then I got bels palsy I feel the medicine did this. My face all over is numb the doctors did a ct scan and my head felt like somethings crawling on me. I felt as though I'm going to die because of the numbness in my face . They did another MRI scan They said will let you know, but I never had a answer. I feel I need your help because I feel that I'm going to die. I'm only 26 years old. but whats strange my face doesn't sag it only show when I smile and my eyes look puffy . When I touch my face it's like my elasticity is gone. my ear lost some feeling my skin itches I get rashes off and on . My head feels like my brain is swelling I still feel i have sinus infection that could have spread to the brain because medicine increase it

I hurt my lower back on the job may 25,2010. I was off work for about 3 months then I was but on light duty for 10 months. Then I was told that I will not be able to return back to my normal job which was a custodian by the workers comp doctor.Then i was told to file for retirement disabilty on july 18,2011 which I did and was denied by the retirement doctor who said that I can return to work.
