Benjamin H. Berkley has practiced law for more than 27 years specializing in Estate Planning and Social Security Disability Appeals.  Through representation of his clients, he has become an advocate of senior rights as well as the rights of the disabled. In addition to being admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States Supreme Court, Mr. Berkley is also licensed by the Department of Justice as a Private Fiduciary.  He accepts appointments by the Court and from individuals as a Conservator and Trustee.  His first book, “Last Wishes, a Planning Guide for the Inevitable” will be published by Sourcebooks and will be available in books stores in June.
