The partners of the law firm - John Bisnar and Brian Chase - were both raised in Orange County. They both attended and graduated (Brian with honors) from the most prestigious Law School in Southern California - Pepperdine School of Law. The firm was founded in Orange County in 1978 by John Bisnar.
