Since 1989 Eric has been a sole practitioner focusing on Criminal Defense and Personal Injury cases. With offices in Nassau and SuffolkCounties, Mr. Sachs is available 24 hours a day for criminal defendants in need of an attorney and all emergencies.   Mr. Sachs is a former Assistant District Attorney and is also a Hearing Officer. He has taught many Law Clerks as well as mentored interns and is a referral attorney for many legal sites.
