About Daniel Chamberlain: I am a trial attorney licensed in Indiana and North Carolina with offices in downtown Indianapolis. I am a member of the Board of Directors of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, an elected officer of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, "Tort Liability" Section, and a Delegate to the Indiana State Bar Association. I am also a Board Member of the Governor's Council on Impaired and Dangerous Driving. Our law practice is rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell, meaning that our legal ability is "Very High to Preeminent".
My law practice is dedicated to representing the wrongfully injured and their families, and the estates of those persons who have wrongfully died as the result of someone else's fault. This is the only area of law that I practice. I do not represent insurance companies, and I do not prepare wills, handle divorces or criminal matters. Rather, I concentrate solely on providing professional, competent and ethical representation of the victims of others wrongdoing.

In December 2001, Dan Chamberlain received a jury verdict in the amount of $10,000,000.00 against a bar and a drunk driver. The drunk driver was sneaking drinks while working as a bartender. The verdict will help the quality of life and the dignity of a little boy that suffered a severe traumatic brain injury. This is one of the largest jury verdicts in the State of Indiana.
