Our practice involves all types of transactions, and both plaintiff and defense litigation. The subject matter of the claims we litigate and defend range from aviation to wrongful death. Our transactional practice includes contract drafting, patent / trademark / copyright, document review, new business formation (corporation, limited liability companies and partnerships), real estate , personal injury / wrongful death, estate planning and probate.
We represent clients from several states and many different countries on Texas matters. We strive to maintain a close and individual relationship with our clients, and to meet our client's needs efficiently and professionally. We regularly assist our clients in many different areas of the law by working on matters joinly with other firms, or by referrals. Our attorneys are not certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in any area.
