Mr. Weiser received his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1967. He continued his education and earned an L.L.M. from New York University School of Law in 1975 concentrating in Medicine and The Law. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the United States, U.S. District Courts, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the Appellate Division, First Department, of the State of New York.

Mr. Weiser has been honored by having his biography included in Who's Who In American Law, Sixth Edition, Who's Who In American Law 2003 and Who's Who In America, 1999 Edition, 2000 Edition, as well as the 2004 Edition. Who's Who limits biographical inclusion to those individuals who have "demonstrated outstanding achievement in their own fields of endeavor and who have, thereby, contributed significantly to the betterment of contemporary society." He has lectured at the Annual Convention of the American Trial Lawyers Association in Washington, D.C. and is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, N.Y. State Trial Lawyers, N.Y. State Bar Association, New York County Lawyers Association and Association of Trial Lawyers of the City of New York.

Mr. Weiser is the president and principal trial attorney of the law firm of Weiser & Associates, P. C. He has been engaged in private practice for more than thirty-two (32) years during which time he has successfully tried numerous cases in the areas of motor Vehicle collisions, construction site accidents, sidewalk and roadway accidents, negligent security, product liability, medical malpractice and toxic torts. Many of the cases tried by Mr. Weiser are high profile and have received coverage by news media and television stations in the Greater New York area.

Nicole S. Weiser, J.D.

Ms. Weiser received a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington, University, Washington D.C. and a J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1996. She is the daughter of Martin J. Weiser, the president of the firm and is the managing attorney of Weiser & Associates, P.C. Ms. Weiser has extensive experience in trial preparation, pleadings and motion practice and enjoys researching complex issues of law. As managing attorney she is always available to answer inquiries and discuss the progress of the litigation with our clients.

Roy C. Gordon, J.D.

Mr. Gordon received his B.S. degree in Economics from Emory University in 1989 and his J.D. degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 1996. He is admitted to practice in U.S District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts, the Appellate Division, Second Department of the State of New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and State Courts of New Jersey.

Mr. Gordon has successfully tried numerous New York automobile accident and slip and fall cases throughout the five boroughs of New York City and Long Island. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

Bernard A. Anderson

Mr. Anderson graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh in 1984 with a B.A. degree in Political Science, and received his law degree from the University of California, Davis, School of Law in 1988. Mr. Anderson was thereafter commissioned as an officer in United States Air Force, and served as a Judge Advocate General (military attorney) for six years. As an Air Force JAG officer, Mr. Anderson handled 36 courts-martial, represented two separate military hospitals, and investigated and defended dozens of claims against the Air Force, ranging from cases of medical malpractice to deaths and property damage from aircraft crashes.

He returned to civilian practice in 1995, operating a law practice specializing in litigation, and also serving as an Assistant District Attorney for 5 years. Mr. Anderson has conducted civil jury trials involving personal injury, breach of contract, fraud, and real estate , and criminal jury trials of virtually every major and minor crime, including homicide, rape, drug trafficking, arson, burglary, robbery, aggravated assault, kidnaping and many others. For the last five years, Mr. Anderson has practiced exclusively in the area of personal injury litigation on behalf of plaintiffs in the State of New York.

Mr. Anderson is admitted to practice before the state courts of New York and Pennsylvania, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals (Third Circuit), the United States District Court (Middle District of Pennsylvania), the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and the United States Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals.

Mr. Anderson is a Senior Associate of the law firm of Weiser & Associates and chairs the Auto and Premises Liability Department.

Jaimee L. Nardiello, J.D.

Ms. Nardiello received a Bachelor of Science from Marist College in 1998 and her J.D. degree from New York Law School in 2003, where she was the Executive Articles Editor of the Journal of Media Law and Policy and earned an award for Outstanding Achievement in Editing for 2003. She was a member of the Moot Court Association where she was awarded Third Best Brief and was an octo-finalist in the National Family Law Competition in Albany, New York. Prior to joining Weiser and Associates, Ms. Nardiello worked as an intern for the Honorable James A. Yates of the Supreme Court, New York County.
