Board Certified Trial Advocates

The attorneys at the personal injury law firm of Bley & Pfeiffer—Wally Bley and Mark Pfeiffer—have received national certification as Trial Advocates from the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Certification is challenging: fewer than 100 attorneys in the State of Missouri can say they are Board Certified as Trial Advocates.

The NBTA is dedicated to improving the quality of trial advocacy in our nation's courtrooms. Through its certification program it seeks to assist consumers of legal services to find experienced and highly qualified trial lawyers.

The designation of Board Certified Trial Advocate is only extended by NBTA if and when an attorney in good standing with extensive trial experience has demonstrated SUPERIOR ability in presenting information in writing and in trial settings and is judged to have exceptional ability by multiple judges and attorneys who are familiar with the attorney’s work.
