Mr. Livingston heads our Criminal Defense and Family Law practice. Mr. Livingston has extensive experience in all aspects of Family Law ranging from pre-nuptial agreements to domestic violence to post judgment matters, particularly Child Custody, Child and Spousal Support, the equitable division of community property, and preservation of separate property assets.
Mr. Livingston also has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of Criminal Defense ranging from misdemeanors to Felonies, including Racketeering, Organized Crime, Drug, Fraud, Theft, Assault and White Collar Crime. Mr. Haghighi heads our Corporate and Immigration practice areas. Mr. Haghighi brings to the table a comprehensive "hands-on" approach, formerly serving as a Vice President at Bank of America, and managing funds well into the 100+ millions of dollars. Within the Corporate practice realm, he concentrates in general business transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation, business planning, and contract negotiation and preparation. Mr. Haghighi has represented numerous individual start-up companies, as well as buyers and sellers of businesses worth millions of dollars.
Mr. Haghighi also brings a "hands-on" approach to our immigration practice. Having immigrated to the United States at a young age, Mr. Haghighi understands the implications of separation of family members across continents. While attending law school, Mr. Haghighi spearheaded US Green Card Lottery Facilitators, Inc., an organization which has successfully registered individuals from over 120 different countries around the world in the annual United States Diversity Visa Lottery. Among other immigration matters, it is Mr. Haghighi's passion to routinely defend individuals who are placed into removal/deportation proceedings.
