Russell Berkowitz, Esq.

Russell Berkowitz is widely known throughout Connecticut for his trial skills and ethical standards. His practice is primarily devoted to representing seriously injured clients caused by medical malpractice or personal injury . His experience includes representing those injured as a result of birth injuries, wrongful death, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, cancer misdiagnosis, and hospital and doctor negligence. He has obtained many million dollar settlements for his clients and has won several jury verdicts in excess of $1 million dollars on behalf of his clients.
Russ is certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is a Diplomat of the Connecticut Board of Trial Advocacy. In 2003, he was elected to the Connecticut Chapter of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates which is limited to the top plaintiff's and defense attorneys in the State of Connecticut.
Russ is also on the Medical Malpractice Committee for the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, a Fellow in the Roscoe Pound Foundation and a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association.
Eric Reinken, Esq.

Eric Reinken is an accomplished trial attorney with who has tried dozens of cases in the state and federal courts. In almost every instance, Eric has obtained justice for his clients. Most recently, he received a verdict of $435,000.00 for a man struck by a van in his driveway. This year, Mr. Reinken also negotiated a worker 's compensation settlement in the amount of $325,000.00 for a woman who fell at her workplace. Last year he received a verdict of $100,000.00 for a young lady involved in a car accident.
Attorney Reinken began his trial career in 1981. Working as an Assistant Town Attorney for the Town of Greenwich, Eric represented the Town in several large personal injury cases. In 1984, Eric was appointed as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Stamford and represented the City in all of its serious personal injury cases.
In 1987, Eric Reinken went into private practice representing victims of accidents. In 1988, Eric was selected by the Stamford Regional Bar Association as Chairman of the Law Day Committee. That year, the Regional Bar received the First Place award for Law Day. At the annual Connecticut Bar Association Meeting Eric accepted the award presented Justice Peters of the Connecticut Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court has certified Eric Reinken to serve as Attorney Trial Referee in the Superior Court. As an Attorney Trial Referee, he has decided several cases on behalf of litigants.
Eric is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to the Bar in the State of Connecticut, the Federal District Court in Connecticut, The Federal Court of the southern district of New York and the United States Court of Appeals.
Eric Reinken is a graduate of Clark University where he played varsity tennis and wrote for the school newspaper. He graduated law school at Washington University, where he served as senior editor for law review.
Danielle DiBerardini-Albrecht, Esq.

Danielle DiBerardini-Albrecht has been a practicing trial attorney in Connecticut for many years. She devotes her time, skill and experience to clients who have suffered injury due to negligence or professional malpractice. She has successfully settled and tried cases on behalf of her clients.
Danielle is a member of the Stamford Norwalk Regional Bar Association, the Connecticut and American Bar Associations, and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association.
She graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota and Quinnipiac College School of Law.
Christina Smith, Esq.

Christina Smith's practice of law is primarily devoted to representing seriously injured clients in the areas of personal injury litigation, specifically automobile liability, municipal liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, in addition to workers' compensation matters.
Christina is also a member of the Medical Malpractice Committee for the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Connecticut Trial Lawyer's association, Connecticut Bar Association, the Stamford Regional Bar Association, and is a member of the Dean's Council Advisory Board of the Quinnipiac University School of Law.
During her time at Quinnipiac University School of Law, Christina represented the university in the Moot Court Honor Society and actively competed in regional competitions, in addition to being an active leader and member in several distinguished law school organizations.
In 2003, she was admitted to the Connecticut Bar.
She graduated from Fairfield University and the Quinnipiac University School of Law.
Eric Blomberg, Esq

Eric Blomberg graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law in May of 2003, focusing his study in the area of tort law. During his time at Quinnipiac, Eric represented the university in National Mock Trial and Moot Court competitions in addition to being an active member in several distinguished societies. Throughout his law school career, and since that time, he has worked in the area of personal injury litigation, specifically automobile liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death and product liability.
Eric graduated magna cum laude from Adelphi University where he was also honored as a Division I Academic All-American, Honorable Mention All-American, First Team All-Conference, and two time captain for men's soccer team.
Eric is an active member of the Connecticut Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, and Regional Bar Association.
