Mark Henzler Welton
Is a graduate of Bob Jones University and Regent University School of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar and opened his own law practice in Crestview , Florida in 1994. He was joined in 1998 by Wayne Williamson and the Firm is now known as Welton & Williamson. His practice actively engages in various types of commercial and complex civil litigation. More recently, his practice has expanded into the business realm where he is currently the Managing Member of Madison Development of Baker, building The Olde Towne in Baker, Florida and a number of other projects ranging from storage units to apartments. He is Vice President of Okaloosa Development Co., which is one of the principles in a 500 lot subdivision in Crestview , Florida and Vice President of Okaloosa Investment Enterprises. Mark is also a board-certified mediator and is actively involved with the Alliance Defense Fund. He is also a past president of the Northwest Florida Legal Aid Society.
Mark is a member of First Baptist Church in Crestview , Florida . He has also been actively involved with Teen Missions for many years and continues to actively support missions both locally and abroad.
Mark is married to the former Molly Smart of Virginia Beach , Virginia . They have three children, Amy, Abby and John-Mark. Mark and Molly have seen the blessings of God and have opened their home to others in need. They have worked with five young adults over the past two years and presently have a young lady living with them and two young ladies and a young man who come and spend each Saturday working on the farm where Mark and his family raise cattle, horses, and chickens.
