Hudson v. Ohio Dep't of Rehabilitation and Correction12/30/2004 estify. Based on the facts gleaned from the record, we find appellant's continuance request was dilatory, she contributed to the circumstances that gave rise to her continuance request, and the trial court properly denied the same.
{ } For the foregoing reasons, we hold the trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying appellant's motion for a continuance. Accordingly, appellant's sole assignment of error is overruled, and the judgment of the Court of Claims of Ohio is affirmed.
Judgment affirmed.
FRENCH and WRIGHT, JJ., concur.
