Fogel v. Enterprise Leasing Co. of Chicago9/30/2004
reasons, we affirm the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of Enterprise. We affirm the trial court's order denying all cross-motions for summary judgment. We find in favor of Enterprise on its fraud claim against Thakkar and remand to the trial court to determine damages. We reverse the trial court's order finding Enterprise liable for $50,000 pursuant to the minimum financial responsibility statute.
Affirmed in part and reversed in part; cause remanded with instructions.
