. THEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, the Court finds that the circuit court erred in dismissing the order granting reconsideration and reinstating the original order of summary judgment. The case should be reversed and remanded to the circuit court for further proceedings.
. IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that Judge Kitchens's order is reversed and the case is hereby remanded to the circuit court for further proceedings consistent with this order.
