Disciplinary Counsel v. O'Neill9/7/2004 ers On Grievances and Discipline of the Supreme Court of Ohio considered this matter on April 16, 2004. The Board adopted the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law of the panel majority except that it concludes that the Respondent's actions did not violate the Code of Judicial Conduct or the Disciplinary Rules in Count II. After full discussion and debate, the Board agreed with the views of the panel majority and recommends that the Respondent, Deborah O'Neill, be suspended from the practice of law in the State of Ohio for two years. The Board further recommends that the cost of these proceedings be taxed to the Respondent in any disciplinary matter entered, so that execution may issue.
Pursuant to the order of the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline of The Supreme Court of Ohio, I hereby certify the foregoing Findings of Fact, Conclusions Of Law, and Recommendations as those of the Board.
JONATHAN W. MARSHALL,
Secretary Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline of The Supreme Court of Ohio
