For the foregoing reasons, we adopt the recommendation of the Board that respondent Donald A. Clower be publicly censured for violating Rules 1.15 (a) and 1.15 (b) of the District of Columbia Rules of Professional Conduct and D.C. Bar R. XI, ยง 19 (f).
