In the present case, by contrast, it is unrefuted that appellants knew all of the facts when they filed their complaint. No new facts developed after February 10, 1998, relating to the name of the pharmacy or a failure to warn about the fatal side effects of Nilandron. Not understanding the legal significance of the facts is not the same thing as being ignorant of the facts.
DISPOSITION
The judgment is affirmed.
