site did not serve to bring Claimant under employer's control at the time of the accident and did not subject Mr. Phipps' employer to liability under the workers' compensation statutes.
Accordingly, for the reasons stated, the judgment of the workers' compensation judge is affirmed. Inasmuch as Claimant is a pauper, we will pretermit the assessment of costs.
AFFIRMED.
