L & D of Oregon11/15/2000 ot defamatory per se. It follows that American States had no duty to defend under paragraph 13.d. of its policy. Because there is no coverage under L & D's policy, the trial court properly held that American States did not breach its contract by refusing to defend L & D.
Affirmed.
