Black v. Department of Mental Health9/11/2000 mits his ADA claim is based on the quality of treatment, not on decedent's opportunity to interact with the nondisabled.
Appellant's final contention merits little discussion since the "isolation" to be countered by the integration mandate is based on the segregation of disabled persons from community services and activities. (Olmstead, supra, 527 U.S. at p. ___ [119 S.Ct. at p. 2187] [prevention of unjustified isolation by the integration mandate is aimed at unwarranted assumptions that the disabled are incapable or unworthy of participating in community life].)
DISPOSITION
For the reasons set forth above, we affirm the judgment. Respondents to recover their costs on appeal.
CERTIFIED FOR PUBLICATION.
We concur: TURNER, P.J.; GRIGNON, J.
