a judgment in her favor, $14,601.53 had not yet been paid. Thus, in accordance with the parties' stipulation of settlement, the plaintiff is entitled to costs and interest from the date of the settlement as well. Therefore, the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Kings County, for further proceedings to determine the amount of the costs due to the plaintiff.
