Taylor v. Sauls9/6/2000
concur in the imposition of liability against Dr. Sauls in the award of $250,000.00 to the surviving spouse. However, I disagree with the imposition of comparative negligence on the surviving spouse and the decedent and also disagree with the amount of damages given to each surviving child. I would assess one hundred percent of the fault to Dr. Sauls and would increase the damages from $10,000.00 to $50,000.00 for each surviving major child.
