State v. Beagles

3/5/2001

al court and the State. Specifically, Beagles alleges error stemming from 'the denial of self and expert testimony, separate juries, denial of an attorney at a critical stage of proceedings, unequal jury instructions . . . ex parte actions by court and state regarding the revocation of bail, speedy trial denial, Brady violations, change of venue denial without consideration . . . . totally excessive bail and due process denial, along with the total denial to present a defense (and rebuttal to the state's use of 'road rage.')' The claims not raised by Beagles' counsel denial of speedy trial rights, refusal of his venue transfer request, withholding of 911 tape and accident scene photograph evidence are impossible to address because there is no record before the court on these issues. We therefore find the issues Beagles raises in his pro se brief without merit.

Affirmed.
