TIRADO v. O'HARA5/3/2000
trial court granted the motion for a new trial based on a finding that there was a fundamental error in the assessment of the injured spouse's damages. We therefore can find no abuse of discretion in permitting the claim for loss of consortium to be retried as well.
Affirmed.
