Bailey, 862 S.W.2d 781, 783 (Tex.App.--Fort Worth 1993), aff'd, 894 S.W.2d 757 (Tex.1995). Therefore, there being no evidence in the record showing that the trial court committed a clear abuse of discretion, Perez's sole issue is overruled.
Accordingly, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
