NCLUSION
For the foregoing reasons, the judgment of the Workers' Compensation Court review panel is affirmed. Because Park Place's appeal to this court did not result in a reduction of the award, Swanson is awarded fees for the services of his attorney in this court, in the amount of $2,430. See, Neb. Ct. R. of Prac. 9F (rev. 2001); Neb. Rev. Stat. ยง 48-125 (Cum. Supp. 2002); Miller v. E.M.C. Ins. Cos., 259 Neb. 433, 610 N.W.2d 398 (2000).
Affirmed.
