ent is warranted as a result of Ervin's violations of Standards 4, 45 (f), 61, 63, and 65 (A) of Bar Rule 4-102 (d). Accordingly, Ervin is disbarred from the practice of law in Georgia. He is reminded of his duties under Bar Rule 4-219 (c).
