In re Blackshear9/7/1999 today protects this fundamental right without creating, as appellant infers, an overbroad web to engulf the prenatal health care decisions of pregnant women. The record does not reveal arbitrary or capricious enforcement of the statute in question. Collier, supra. Accordingly, we hold that R.C. 2151.031(D) is not unconstitutionally overbroad.
CONCLUSION
ON Upon review of the several crucial issues raised in this appeal, we hold that the trial court's finding of abuse under the circumstances presented did not violate appellant's rights under the Ohio and United States Constitutions.
Appellant's Assignment of Error is overruled.
