Safeco Insurance Co. v. Robert S.3/9/1999
urt erred in denying the motion for summary judgment brought by Safeco, which order is within our purview on appeal from the final judgment in favor of respondents. (See Aas v. Avemco Ins. Co. (1976) 55 Cal.App.3d 312, 323-324; Code Civ. Proc., ยง 906.) The summary judgment entered in favor of respondents is reversed.
DISPOSITION
The summary judgment entered in favor of respondents is reversed, and the trial court is directed to enter judgment in favor of Safeco. Safeco is to recover its costs on appeal.
