Although Lourey is representing herself in this appeal she is not entitled to special treatment and is required to follow the rules.
The judgment against Wells is modified to reflect the award of economic damages is $0 due to an offset from settling defendants. The amount of non-economic damages remains the same. In all other respects, the judgment is affirmed. Each party shall bear their own costs.
