Mr. Chandler's allegation of denial of equal protection in his petition was purely conclusory. Mitchell v. Vill. of Edmundson , 891 S.W.2d 848, 851 (Mo. App. E.D. 1995) . He did not plead any facts tending to establish such a claim. The trial court, therefore, did not err in dismissing this claim. The point is denied.
The judgment is affirmed.
