CONCLUSION
We conclude that the trial court properly limited Dr. MacArthur's testimony as a discovery sanction under Rules 26 and 37 of the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure, and properly admitted plaintiff's medical bills into evidence. Moreover, the trial court acted within its discretion in awarding plaintiff costs and remitting plaintiff's award of special damages.
Affirmed.
