People v. Bell2/27/2003 trary, the trial court told the jury "I am not suggesting in any way what you should find to be the facts or that I believe or disbelieve any witness. Those are matters entirely for your consideration." We conclude the court did not improperly "pinpoint" prosecution evidence for the jury, that is, invite the jury to draw inferences from certain evidence in a way which favors one party. (See Earp, supra, 20 Cal.4th at p. 886.) Instead, the court responded to the jury's confusion by clarifying possible legal theories which the jury might apply to the evidence the jury found to be true. No error occurred.
DISPOSITION
The judgment as to each defendant is affirmed.
