Any further "investigation" was unnecessary - all Bristol Park's counsel was required to do was to notify either the State Bar or the court of the matter. Nor does the "investigation" counsel details in his declaration justify 16 hours of billable time. We decline to impose the requested sanctions.
IV. DISPOSITION
The judgment is affirmed. Bristol Park is entitled to costs on appeal.
