Williams v. State2/7/2003 the medical examiner to testify as to why some of Townsend's organs were not able to be harvested. The trial court also did not abuse its discretion when it read Final Instruction 10D to the jury. There was sufficient evidence to support Williams's conviction for murder, and his sentence of sixty-five years was not inappropriate.
Affirmed.
