Lake also assigns error to the trial court's denial of her motion to impose sanctions against Barondess and the defendants. In light of the reason for our holding that Lake is to be permitted to amend her motion for judgment, we will not rule on this issue now, but will remand to allow the trial court to reconsider its denial of sanctions against Barondess and the defendants.
Accordingly, the judgment of the trial court will be reversed, and the case remanded for further proceedings after the court permits Lake to amend her motion for judgment to name the proper party defendants.
Reversed and remanded.
