Brunswick Electric Membership Corp., 77 N.C. App. 753, 336 S.E.2d 407 (1985) (provision of specially equipped van to disabled individual was not within statutory terms "other treatment or care" or "rehabilitative services," even though testimony established that claimant was enrolled in college and with van could drive himself and wheelchair to classes).
