ly disabled from October 20, 1995, but Bert's later certification is, as we have shown, subject to the clearly worded limitation in the second sentence in ORS 656.262(4)(g). The Court of Appeals thus properly remanded the case to the Board to recalculate claimant's award of TTD benefits.
The decision of the Court of Appeals is affirmed. The order of the Workers' Compensation Board is reversed, and the case is remanded to the Workers' Compensation Board for further proceedings.
