Roberts v. Bicknell8/16/2001
e Jackson Madison County General Hospital. The information sought from the hospital concerned the cryoablation procedure performed by Drs. Bicknell and Appleton on Dr. Roberts. Summary judgment was granted on this cause of action because it was barred by the statute of limitations. Therefore, the records sought under this issue have no relevance to the case and, therefore, we pretermit this issue.
In summary, the order of the trial court granting summary judgment to Defendants is affirmed. The case is remanded to the trial court for such further proceedings as may be necessary. Costs of the appeal are assessed against the appellant, Rosemary Roberts, and her surety.
