ert was entitled to indemnification under the Texas Products Liability Act, it is unnecessary for us to address General Motors's liability based on the other grounds asserted by Covert.
We reverse the trial court's judgment and render judgment in favor of Covert Chevrolet-Oldsmobile, Inc. d/b/a Chevrolet-Oldsmobile-Buick-Pontiac-Geo, Inc. on the issue of indemnity. This cause is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings on the amount Covert is entitled to recover from General Motors.
