Farmer v. Adkins Painting Co.3/22/2000 sician over another, the appellate court is powerless to reverse that decision unless there is no substantial evidence in the record to support it. Whaley v. Hardee's, 51 Ark. App. 166, 912 S.W.2d 14 (1995).
In this case, the Commission obviously rejected the opinion of the chiropractor, Dr. Jarman, and accepted the opinion of Drs. Kyle and Kellett. Their opinions constitute a substantial basis for the denial of further benefits.
Affirmed.
