Henderson v. Autozone2/28/2000
court properly granted judgment notwithstanding the verdict on Wayne's Henderson's claims. We further find the trial court properly granted a directed verdict as to Michael Henderson's claim for bystander damages, because appellants did not raise an issue of fact regarding one of the elements of this claim. Accordingly, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
