Chavez v. City of San Antonio3/22/2000
Because Chavez was a person "responsible" for the work and he violated the provisions of the statue, Chavez is required to indemnify CPS for any damages it may incur as a result of his conduct. The indemnity provision effectively precludes the appellants' recovery; therefore, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
